01  Have a flick through the week first. Get a feel for what's on each day before you do anything else. Look out for the shaded photos - those are leftovers, so you're not cooking three meals from scratch every day.

02  Read the "Before you dive in" page. It's the first page of the PDF. Five minutes. It explains why the calories are where they are, how to handle snacks, and how to ease in if you're not used to this much fibre.

03  Adjust the grocery list to work with your serving sizes. The grocery list is sorted by aisle. Most women find that one shop and a bit of Sunday + Wednesday prep make the whole week easier.
