My interest in nutrition for menopause developed through my own perimenopause journey, when I found myself searching for reliable, evidence-based information to manage my symptoms.

Before focusing on menopause coaching, I spent 20 years in the NHS as a registered nurse, midwife, and public health nurse. Throughout my career, I worked extensively in women's health, gaining valuable insights into the complexities women face during hormonal transitions.
